Why I Became a Postpartum Doula

In March 2020, I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Olivia. Little did I know that soon enough, I would be experiencing the most challenging period of my life. My postpartum experience was rocky, to say the least. I was exhausted, confused and severely sleep deprived. Now, I am grateful that it led me to discover my new path.
