Below is an overview of all the beautiful ways in which I can help your family through sleep challenges. Keep in mind that each of my holistic sleep consults will be a little different, depending on your family’s situation, values and goals.

My Approach to Sleep
My approach to holistic sleep coaching is deeply rooted in science, evidence-based research and attachment theory. I always favour connection over separation and will never prescribe a one-size-fits-all solution, nor will I use mainstream sleep training approaches or cry-it-out (CIO) techniques.
Instead, I really tune into your family’s unique context, values and goals to propose gentle strategies to improve your little one’s sleep and your family’s overall wellbeing.
Currently, I am training to become a Baby-Led Sleep™ & Well-Being Specialist via Isla-Grace. My ongoing training and personal experience as mama and postpartum doula has helped me acquire a wealth of knowledge around infant and toddler sleep, common sleep challenges and effective yet gentle ways of improving sleep for the whole family.
How does sleep coaching work?

Before we begin working together, I will ask you to fill out a detailed intake form with questions about you and your baby, feeding & sleeping patterns, their temperament and sensory preferences, development, medical history, environment, nutrition, lifestyle, mental health, routines, attachment etc.
To me, getting a complete picture of your situation is the only way to guide you towards making improvements that are aligned with your family and take everything into account that’s going on.

Once you’ve submitted your intake form, I’ll analyze your answers and schedule a Zoom call with you. Together, we review dive deep into the intake form, address sleep challenges and create an individualized strategy based on your answers and what you’re sharing during our call.

After each call, I will send you a written summary of what we discussed because let’s be honest, it’s tricky for us mamas to take notes while juggling our babies/ kids.
I’ll also share evidence-based resources & supporting documentation for further reading on the topics we discussed.
Depending on how much support you’d like, I’m also available for continued support via text, follow-up calls, voice messages etc.
